{"id":6,"date":"2006-12-27T14:36:06","date_gmt":"2006-12-27T19:36:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=6"},"modified":"2006-12-27T20:42:47","modified_gmt":"2006-12-28T01:42:47","slug":"choosing-our-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=6","title":{"rendered":"Choosing our house!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Now that the moving &#038; container is pretty much aligned, we need to find a place to live.\u00a0 Today, I contacted two agents for houses that I visited at my last visit to Cayman 2 months ago.\u00a0 We made offers to rent for both ; lets see how that plays out!\u00a0 The first one is a bit &#8220;in the sticks&#8221; but slightly bigger than No. 2\u00a0&#038; 1km from a really nice sandy beach.\u00a0The second one is a brand new house, double garage &#038; on a really nice canal.\u00a0\u00a0 Both are are in great locations &#038; are &#8220;high &#038; dry&#8221; with repect to hurricanes. Which one do you prefer?\u00a0 Both in our opinion are great choices. Please use the comments section above if you have an opinion \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>House 1.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"image7\" title=\"img_2794.JPG\" height=\"355\" alt=\"img_2794.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_2794.JPG\" width=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"image10\" title=\"20061107_0149.JPG\" height=\"482\" alt=\"20061107_0149.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/20061107_0149.JPG\" width=\"485\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0This beach is quite nice &#038; quiet.\u00a0 There is great snorkeling to be done.\u00a0 Only about 8-10 mins of walk from the house.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"image11\" title=\"20061107_0152.JPG\" height=\"431\" alt=\"20061107_0152.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/20061107_0152.JPG\" width=\"416\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>House 2 on the canal:<\/p>\n<p>Front (there is probably grass by now)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"image8\" title=\"img_2799.JPG\" height=\"411\" alt=\"img_2799.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_2799.JPG\" width=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The back of the house, the deck &#038; canal.
