{"id":515,"date":"2008-08-27T22:23:01","date_gmt":"2008-08-28T03:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=515"},"modified":"2008-08-27T22:23:01","modified_gmt":"2008-08-28T03:23:01","slug":"hurricane-gustave-update-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=515","title":{"rendered":"Hurricane Gustave &#8211; Update 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quick night update.<\/p>\n<p>Good and bad news &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The good : The storm seems to have considerably slowed down and is now a Tropical storm and will probably only be a category 1 hurricane by the time it gets to Cayman.\u00a0 A category 1 would not be all that bad (not that its good either &#8230;) and should not cause too much damage considering how well prepared people are.<\/p>\n<p>The bad: The storm is steering a more southern route now, aiming a lot closer to Grand Cayman.\u00a0 It was supposed to pass way north of Jamaica also.
