{"id":393,"date":"2008-04-01T12:55:38","date_gmt":"2008-04-01T17:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=393"},"modified":"2008-04-01T12:55:38","modified_gmt":"2008-04-01T17:55:38","slug":"new-house-in-sight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=393","title":{"rendered":"New house in sight!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Julie &amp; I really love it here, so recently we have been shopping around for a property.\u00a0 There was one that really stood out and I have liked it since our first visit to Cayman.\u00a0 The current market is not great here and it has been on the market for a while, so we made an offer late last week on it : Its ACCEPTED!!!\u00a0 We are thrilled. Now we have to get it inspected and clear the financing part.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the picture of this Caribbean beauty:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/img_0675.jpg\" title=\"img_0675.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/img_0675.jpg\" alt=\"img_0675.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here is an aerial picture that the real estate agent gave us:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/iraerial.jpg\" title=\"iraerial.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/iraerial.jpg\" alt=\"iraerial.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Its quite private and there is a staircase to the ocean where we have access to a coral reef for snorkeling, swimming and fishing.\u00a0 Its also 33ft above sea level, so it is very well protected from hurricanes.\u00a0 For me its a 30 minute drive to work and is in a gorgeous part of the island. It also has a 3-car garage and 4 bedrooms.
