{"id":2804,"date":"2014-11-12T19:01:02","date_gmt":"2014-11-13T00:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=2804"},"modified":"2014-11-12T19:01:02","modified_gmt":"2014-11-13T00:01:02","slug":"10-10-10-run-year-four","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/?p=2804","title":{"rendered":"10-10-10 run year four"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*Apologies for those that got the email alert twice. \u00a0The company hosting Micho.org had a crash and this post was lost*<\/p>\n<p>Once again this year I participated in the Halloween 10-10-10 run. \u00a0To remind those who saw my previous posts, its a 30k relay race where each team member runs 10km.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoy this race a lot since its in the East End. \u00a0The race starts off at Morritts condo\u2019s and does a whole loop back ; essentially the running with the ocean to ones right hand side and crossing the island at Frank Sound Rd. Visitors will know Frank Sound Rd as the road to cross the island to go to Rum Point.<\/p>\n<p>Last year I ran leg 3. \u00a0This year my team mates left me leg 1 (I let them chose first) so I had to run at 6pm and in the dark. \u00a0In my opinion its the best leg since the sun is not up so obviously much cooler.<\/p>\n<p>I was able to take some pics of my team mates though. \u00a0 Here is my favorite \u2026 its the \u201cbaton\u201d handover between leg 2 and 3. \u00a0Here Gautam (right) seems somewhat relieved to have finished his 10k and we can see Dan is off ; we will see him at the finish in 50 or so minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2807\" src=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/IMG-20141026-370.jpg\" alt=\"IMG-20141026-370\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/IMG-20141026-370.jpg 480w, https:\/\/micho.org\/cayblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/IMG-20141026-370-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The team after the race is over.
